Join us at the Academy of Government and Military Coaching (AcademyGMC) for the newest niche-coaching certificate for Government coaches, the Certificate in Transition Coaching for the Military. While AcademyGMC uses examples from the military for this certificate, the content is relevant for coaching on transitions for all clients.
To become an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach, applicants are required to complete 40 hours of coach education every three years prior to re-applying for an ICF coach certification.
CTCM COHORT CLASS OFFERING FEB 1-MAR 29, 2025 | 1PM ET

Begins February 1 and is held every other Saturday for five sessions of 4 hours each from 9:00am to 1:00pm ET.
10 pre-work/make-up assignments to be completed by participants to prepare for lessons. Any missed lesson will require make-up assignment for full credit.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Recognize the ethical standards, code, and process for creating and maintaining a safe, transparent coaching environment for all coaching clients under both ICF and other relevant ethical codes for Government and Military coaches.

WHY THIS COURSE?

You will have ample opportunity to share coaching methodologies, techniques, and experiences from your successes and challenges with the course faculty and other participants. You will practice your coaching skills through exercises, peer coaching practices, and coaching performance demonstrations.
You will receive feedback from a team of dedicated and experienced ICF certified coaches who collectively have provided more than 80 years of effective coaching to clients in a variety of leadership coaching environments in government, military service, academia, non-profit organizations, business, and industry.
Early Bird Rate: To receive the early bird tuition rate, a participant must have completed enrollment including payment by check or Government Form 1556 at least two weeks prior to class start date. Tuition includes all materials including one electronic textbook ordered by Course Manager through Amazon Kindle and sent to the participant’s personal email address prior to class start date.
Tuition Payments: A check or a completed Government Form 1556 will be accepted for the CTCM tuition. Tuition checks are to be made out to our registrar: Academy of Government and Military Coaching LLC and then mailed to the AcademyGMC Registrar, in care of Ms. Barbara L. Hulick at 6307 Bridgeton Court, Springfield, VA 22152. No credit cards are accepted at this time.
