EARN 10 HOURS OF MENTOR COACHING
FROM ICF CERTIFIED COACHES
Join us at the Academy of Government and Military Coaching (AcademyGMC) for the Certificate in Mentor Coaching Feedback (CMCF). To become an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach, applicants are required to complete 10 hours of mentor coaching prior to applying for an ICF coach certification.

Sessions are live, online and fully interactive for groups of a minimum of 2 people for 12 weeks. The course consists of ten synchronous hours online to include 7 hours of group feedback and 3 hours of one-on-one feedback. In addition, participants complete one hour of asynchronous pre-work prior to each session for a total of 10 hours of prework.
Participants get support to reach and demonstrate the level of coaching competency expected by ICF for credentialing. The coaches providing the mentor coaching feedback are graduates of advanced ICF and other mentor coaching training programs. All mentor coaching feedback sessions are in English. Increase your knowledge on the updated ICF core coaching definitions and behaviorally anchored markers that ICF certified coaches are required to demonstrate when submitting evidence to become an ICF certified coach.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Identify the required, updated ICF core coaching competencies and all underlying coaching behaviors, known as markers, which must be demonstrated in a coaching session as evidence the applicant possesses all skills required to be ICF certified.
Recognize the ethical standards, code and process for creating and maintaining a safe, transparent coaching environment for all coaching clients.
Demonstrate the core coaching competencies and all behaviors required for every coach applicant applying for Level 1 (ACC) and or Level 2 (PCC) coach certification from ICF, the oldest and largest professional association for professional coaching around the world. The live, online sessions aim to increase individual growth and coaching capability based on all eight ICF Core Competencies.

WHY THIS COURSE?
Delivery Method: You will have ample opportunity to share coaching methodologies, techniques and experiences from your successes and challenges with the course faculty and other participants. You will practice your coaching skills through exercises, peer coaching practices and a final performance demonstration. You will receive oral and written feedback in English from dedicated and experienced ICF certified coaches who collectively have provided more than six decades of effective coaching to clients in a variety leadership coaching environments in the federal government, the military services, colleges and universities, non-profit organizations, and business and industry.
The first 3 group sessions, participants listen to recordings and review transcripts to identify demonstration of the core competencies. The remaining 4 group sessions involve live coaching and coaching assessments among the participants.
In individual sessions the focus shifts to meeting competency requirements in one-on-one reviews of recordings and transcripts to identify areas for development ahead of the ICF ACC/PCC Credentialing Exam, Certification, or Re-certification.
Early Bird Rate: To receive the early bird tuition rate, a participant must have completed enrollment including payment by check or SF 182 at least two weeks prior to course start date.
Tuition Payments: A check or a completed SF 182 will be accepted for the CMCF course tuition. Tuition checks are to be made out to our registrar: Academy of Government and Military Coaching LLC and then mailed to the AcademyGMC Registrar, in care of Ms. Barbara Hulick at 6307 Bridgeton Court, Springfield, VA 22152. Credit cards are not accepted currently.
